In the process of miniaturizing and simplifying products, the shape of the busbars incorporated also requires complex designs. Our company processes up to 5.0 mm thickness using a turret punch. We have a wide variety of turret punch molds, so we can produce complex shapes with twists and many R shapes in small quantities without incurring high costs or taking much time.
Collaboration product of bars (plates) and bolts (screws) enables cost reduction!
A collaboration product has been realized between the long-established screw manufacturer Yamashina Co., Ltd. and the metal processing manufacturer LADVIK Co., Ltd. Custom designs are possible, and cost reduction proposals can also be made.
Of course, we can promptly respond to mass production as well as special-sized distribution boards and control panels.
Conductors used in areas where high voltage and large currents flow are employed in various applications such as distribution boards, control panels, and storage batteries. We can respond promptly not only to mass production but also to special sizes of distribution boards and control panels. We cut tough pitch copper with a purity of 99.90% or higher to various thicknesses ranging from approximately 1mm to 100mm and in various shapes as needed. Additionally, while aluminum materials are inferior in conductivity and tensile strength compared to general copper, they are lightweight and are also cut and manufactured for purposes of weight reduction and cost savings.
